I got through Inhumane pretty easily enough just doing this, as long as you're methodical about your approach to things and never rush it's not really that hard. The only fatal thing you have to worry about is your side and rear defense, as one strike early game from behind is enough to possibly one shot you. Also remember to play smartly, the harder the difficulty, the more turns make a difference, every single step or misstep could mean the difference between life or death, most enemies, if M mode is turned off, should be slower than you, so the best way to fight without dieing is to run away until you get a 2x turn against them, when it says "Stopped" over the mobs heads hit them on that extra turn then keep running and repeat. Get items from your Vault to make yourself stronger off the bat or use an overpowered build like Hero with Pro-Wrestler x5 in Zenura mode.
